"Rory, who cannot sit still at the best of times, thought it was great fun acting out the part of Henry the grasshopper throughout the whole book and jumping around the living room and making Kyan giggle his little head off!. "

"A great story for English and can also be used across various Key Learning Areas. I was able to integrate this text into Religion and Science lessons as well. My students LOVED creating their own Henry, Pickle, bee, beetle, ladybug, butterfly, and plenty of pineapples using our craft supplies during Art. Further potential: Drama- act out the story, Geography - cover content such as sustainability, production, and consumption, where learning can continue from upper primary through to high school. Can't wait to continue with this!!!"

"Great bedtime story. The book has a great moral behind it, what makes it great is it's set in Sunny Quensland, a great read at bedtime for the kids and they really enjoyed it too."

About The Author

Dan Skill originally came up with the idea for this book when he was 10 years old. He has always believed in the importance of following your dreams no matter how crazy they may sound at the time. Many years down the track it made sense. So Dan Skill wrote and published his book. Dan hopes you enjoy it as much as he did writing and illustrating it. Thank you to Riimberr, Montana and Anam for your contribution. Dan Skill. 2020.
